My neighbor told me about City Plumbing Heating-Electric In 2014 the year I move to Hot Springs. I started using them for my winter checkup and spring checkup on my heating and cooling system. They were always prompt when you have an appointment with them. Last year I needed a complete new heating and air conditioning unit, after getting several prices they had the best price by far. They installed the unit and had it up and running in a day. I needed them again this past Monday and they came on very quickly it was very hot. It turned out to be a wiring problem but was repaired right away. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioner needs.nSonny Giddens.

City Plumbing has installed a new dishwasher, hot water heater, dryer, and kitchen sink for us. They have also repaired both toilets in the house. The crew are outstanding -- smart, patient, and responsible. They even had great advice about a leaking gutter. It's a joy to have such kind people, like Victor, Zach, and Charlie, in our home and a relief to know that we can get great help when the next thing breaks.

We called first thing in the morning and they had their guys out working within 45 minutes. After they got to our house it only took less than an hour from start to finish for them to diagnose and fix the problem. Our AC is really old and nearly due to be replaced, they could’ve easily just told us it wasn’t worth it to fix, but they didn’t. They were honest and fair.

I’ve had a service contract for several years and am pleased with every visit. The techs are professional and their pricing is very reasonable

We had my Grandmother's hot water heater changed out 6 months ago. Later on we had them come in to check out a leak in the pipes. They changed out the leaky pipe at no charge. City Plumbing is definitely the best bang for your buck!
