H&R Block

Easy question: The main reason is Fred Nankervis. His job knowledge, coupled with his friendliness of spirit, made filing this year's taxes a pleasant experience. And I was in and out of there (the H&R Block office) in under 30 minutes.

My preparer Susie did the best as she could be my last year preparer did not complete my taxes with a blank K 1 form so Susie had to get a senior person to help out which both are swamped so I will need to wait until tax cut off is done.

I have always found the service I get from H&R Block to be well worth the money paid. I also love the customer service and the attention to detail that your team members give me and my unique situations and circumstances. It is nice to get the one on one time with a professional, and not feel hurried to get out of the office so that the next person can be helped. Thank You
