I've bought many cars from Mr Bentley. He always takes very good car of us. Its nice to have someone i can call at any time and know whatever i need, this guy will make it happen. The sales rep he had help us is also great. I bought a new Supra Tuesday and a 1794 edition Tundra on Wednesday and Tanner the rep came in on his day off to help me finish up. I highly recommend these guys. Gregg orr auto is definitely the place to do business.

I've been a faithful Toyota customer since 2006. Yesterday took truck to have the tailgate checked. Told the service advisor (David) I just wanted to see if the problem was covered by the warranty, and what it might cost to fix. Well it wasn't covered and he came back with a outrageous price. I informed him I couldn't do it at this time, then he returned with a lower price by $100. I still wasn't ready. When I got the truck back I was charged $79. They had it in the shop for approximately 20 minutes. Supposedly I was supposed to be charged $120. I called the service manager and he didn't seem to be interested in listening to me. I've left messages for the general manager. He won't even call me back. The customer service has gone to hell. They have lost a long time customer. I'll travel out of state if I have to just so I don't have to deal with Orr Toyota. Furthermore I highly recommend not dealing with this dealership. They'll mislead you, and lie to you.

Mike Robbins was our sales manager and was the VERY BEST he went above and beyond!!! He made sure we got everything and more in our truck! Mr. Bentley went above and beyond when Greg in finance messed our contract up and refused to fix it when we were promised that our next truck payment would not be till October but came in 30 days in September. MR. BENTLEY your the BEST along with MIKE ROBBINS and THAT is why ORR Toyota in Hit Springs is the ONLY place to go even IF you must drive Two hours to get there !

We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership in last year. 1st experience was good so when my husband needed a work truck we went to this dealership. BEFORE we bought truck we noticed lock and unlock was not working so BEFORE we signed contract we informed sales representative. He said it would be covered under the warranty and not to worry. Waited a month for warranty to be effective and it was NOT covered. Over past 2 weeks have tried to get issue resolved and NO ONE will give us an answer or return messages left. Will not return and do not recommend if you expect a business to keep their word. If you do buy from them make sure you have everything working before signing paperwork and do not take their word that it will be taken care of.
