My experience with purchasing a used car was as good as it gets. I had recently moved to HS and did not have a vehicle. I called and asked if someone would be able to come and pick up so I could look at a vehicle I was interested in. I was pleased that the next day the vehicle was brought to my home for a test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle and went to the dealership to finalize the sale. I was able to do a little bit of negotiating, met with the finance department and while I was reaching out to my insurance agent the remainder of the car was detailed. I left with a clean car, and a happy customer. The next day I detected an issue with the vehicle, called my sales person and he said to bring it to the service department. Upon inspection, it was determined I would need to leave the vehicle with them until the next day. I was given a brand new Buick Enclave as a courtesy car. I was contacted the next day to let me know my car was ready to pick up. I was not charged for the repair, even though I bought the car As Is. This was the best possible outcome. I feel that entire process couldn't have been better. You know I will recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car. A very satisfied and now a life customer.

This was my final free oil change for my 2018 Sierra. Service was good as usual. I waited for a good while after my truck was brought up...because no one told me it was ready to go. A little more situational awareness is in order. Small potatoes.
