Orr service department is excellent for vehicle repair, and making sure any problem arises they be there for you. Give special thanks to Austin Davis a excellent service advisor who takes every day problems of vehicles ,and corrects them on a daily bases.

I have purchased 6 vehicles in the last 20 years and have never had an ordeal like this one. I want to start by saying I love my truck and that's why I gave two stars instead of one. I purchased my truck in February 2020. The process was a little more lengthy than I would have liked. I ended up financing through one of their companies (after they ran my credit through four different agencies)... That's a story for another day! My title paperwork and car info was sent by mail in April. The post office did not even try to attempt delivery and ended up sending the mail back to them (no fault of the dealership). The dealership also made no effort to let me know it was returned either, I didn't find that out until I called them back to request they send duplicate paperwork. Of course by this time my temp tags were expired and I had to pay a fee for that. Then, about a month ago I got a letter in the mail for a Title Suspense notice, stating they needed my TItle or MSO. Of course I reached out to my salesman several times by text (all unanswered), called the dealership a few times, left a message and emailed the website. After no response I called the dealership again today for them to tell me the paperwork was sent last week! No one called, emailed or told me anything. I wouldn't have been calling them had they told me. I wish everyone else the best who purchases from them, but that was my first and last time.
