I worked with Darren and Brant to find the perfect car for me. I was able to test drive quite a few models to figure out what was best for me and they were patient the whole time. I enjoyed working with them and we had some good laughs, too. I definitely feel like I made the right choice with Orr Nissan.
Terrance made my buying experience great. I simply told him what I had to/needed to work with and he got pretty darn close to my that. He didn't try to butter me up and that's a big deal! If you want an honest salesperson, he's your guy!
They knew the service would take a.few days with parts being ordered and gave me a loaner to continue with my life. Gegit Hillard was a wonderful Service Advisor. Kept me posted on status of my car. The actual technician got the car done quickly once part came in. Very happy with service team.
Terrence was a joy to work with. He was kind and fair. He made the process so easy and stress free. I was at another Nissan dealership and they treated me horribly. I left that one and came back to Hot Springs to go to Orr. I’m so glad I did. Terrence made me enjoy the process. I never thought I’d enjoy buying a car, but his attitude and patience was welcome. I’ll send everyone I know to him.
I was very impressed by Gigit. It was obvious the service department was very busy, but she was consistently working hard. It took less time than she estimated and I appreciated that she was generous with the timeline so my schedule of appointments that day was not delayed. I’ll definitely be back.
