I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape from Ryder Wholesale on October 27th. I haven't even got the vehicle tagged yet. The purchase process was quick and easy. Everyone was very polite. I was promised again and again that this would be a safe reliable vehicle for me and my family. This is a huge concern for me because I have a 19 month old.nYesterday, we had to go to an emergency veteinary specialist in Little Rock for our special need dog. We made it 10 miles outside of town at highway speed before our car completely died on us. After changing a fuse we were on the road again... For maybe 3 or 4 miles before the fuse blew again on that very dangerous one lane section of road connecting 70 and 30.nnWe have tried multiple times to reach the owner of Ryder Wholesale Auto, because we were sold a safe reliable vehicle and that isn't what we got. After the first short call, we had to call from a private number to get an answer. We just wanted to work something out to get the vehicle fixed with his mechanic (as the mechanic was someone we spoke to during our time there and he was very nice to us). We weren't demanding. I did however lose my new job for lack of transportation, as we just moved to Arkansas and I don't know anyone here to get a ride from.nnI feel ignored and not cared for and lied to.

Just bought a car from them. Very great people. Honest guys! Very fair priced. Highly recommend. Will be back for next ride I buy. Their not sharks trying to make a sale not pushy. Just up front and honest.

Recently purchased a '98 Z71 from Ryder Wholesale and was surprisingly pleased by the experience! I've had the vehicle for almost two weeks now, and have driven my truck from Hot Springs to Northern AR to West TX. I'm very happy to report that it has performed well and lived up to what it was sold to be.
