I purchased a Ford Expedition from Lloyd’s auto sales in Hot Springs, AR., in late November, 2020. The entire experience was perfect! The vehicle had a couple of minor issues, and Lloyd’s took care of everything, with no questions asked. The dealership also offered a six month warranty, absolutely free, and the opportunity to purchase an additional warranty after the six months. If I ever purchase another used vehicle, I will absolutely go this Lloyd’s auto sales.nnAs an African American man, I can honestly say that; the folks at this dealership made me feel completely comfortable. They also offered hassle-free financing with no hidden fees or mark-ups, and easy to understand terms. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Special thanks to my salesman (Bill) for a very pleasant experience. I am completely satisfied, and would highly recommend Lloyd’s Auto Sales, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

I recommend Lloyd's to everyone and anyone wanting to buy a used car. There you will find quality used cars at affordable prices and everyone is great to deal with. They have a willingness to work with you to find a car you can afford with financing within your means with payments that fit your budget. Bill was kind, honest, and straightforward and fun. My family and I have known Lloyd for years and know him to have the upmost integrity and he runs his business on sound moral and Biblical principals, he is kind, helpful, honest and trustworthy and wants to make a fair deal. He stands behind the vehicles he sells and offers a 6 month warranty included in the price. I would say if you want to go to a dealer who is not going to cheat you out of your money, try Lloyd's first. I trust him. You should go take a look and talk to them and see for yourself.

I was not looking to buy my old man was. He had already bought to cars from them in the past. When I tell you just by looking and standing it was a very home felt place. The people were very friendly and I believe they are like that all the time. It wasn't a show because I've been there before. The salesman was great keep up the good work. Thanks again

Great when I got the first car from them but the second one, they were really unprofessional when a drunk driver hit me. Wouldn’t give me documentation so I could go to court. I guess they thought I was suing them. Then cleaned the car out and lost my belongings. Highly do NOT recommend!
