Called to make an order was told it would be an hour. An hour and 20 minutes later I called and the manager on duty said they didn't even have an order for me. Ended up ordering from domino's. They were more then willing to accommodate. You want a good delivery experience call domino's.
They always have the best service! So friendly and accommodating to any special requests! Much, much better experience than going to the Conway location.
An order was placed through Pizza Hut app for contactless pick up, which indicated pizza would be ready 20 minutes after order was received. Arrived 5 minutes before pizza should have been ready, and sent text to number given according to sign in front of store. Message received that pizza would be brought to my car when ready. 20 minutes pass, no pizza, so sent text asking if problem, waited 5 minutes, no reply. Called number given on sign, asked where pizza was, had been sitting there 25 minutes at this point. Girl checked, said I am sorry, will be right out with it. She kept apologizing, told her I would not be back. We quit using Pizza Hut years ago do to bad service, but love their pizza. I guess we are done with them again.
Never had any problems here pizza is great and always fresh and hot!
