Poor customer service and not friendly and if they mess up your order it's just too bad for you. Ordered there today and when my husband got home with the pizza I noticed they charged me $2.00 for extra cheese which I did NOT order. When I called them, all the girl that answered the phone would say was, I put extra cheese on it so you have to pay for it! When I explained I did not order extra cheese all she just kept saying was, I put extra cheese on it, we can't take it back and your going to eat it, so you have to pay for it. At that point I told her the right thing to do would to compensate someway like $2.00 off next order or something, then she just repeated what she said earlier. It's not about the $2.00, it's the principle of the matter. Also with previous orders, the pizza was dried out and the cheese was brown, very disappointing! Won't go back there!!!

Called in to make an order and the lady on the phone was very rude! Thats disappointing because that particular store is fairly new and started out with great service. I hope her negative attitude doesn't catch on. They should probably go ahead and let her go. Its obvious she is not cut out for customer service. mayflower

Ok...new years eve... 1 of the busiest nights of the year for pizza. 2 EMPLOYEES! The poor girls were working as fast as they could. They gave great service and tasty pizza considering the situation. The manager should be ashamed for not scheduling more help. I have been in there several times in the middle of the week and there would be 3-4 employees. I guess the manager wanted to party on nye. Unacceptable!

Called in an order an hour ahead of time and my order was given to someone else. There was no attempt to offer a discount or deliver my pizza to me, or make it right in any way.
