Friendly, great location. Dropped off a trailer and found they had excellent smoke meat with curbside option.
I scheduled a UHAUL back in November. My reservation was originally for U-Storage, but they moved it to K&C Storage, but no one EVER reached out to me or told me. So I get to K&C, but no one was there. The store is supposed to be open, my reservation was for 9am. I called the numbers, but nothing. They’re having to reassign my reservation AGAIN to another location.
Only giving one star because it is required, they deserve ZERO STARS! We reserved a uhaul trailer online and scheduled our pickup for 9AM this morning. We get there 15 minutes early, did the express check in and wait in the parking lot until 9. We wait until 9:15 and after nobody showed up we started calling the number posted on the door and the fence. After 30 minutes of not getting an answer the owner FINALLY answered the phone and didn’t even let us speak. He answered and screamed “CANT HELP YOU TODAY” and hung up! We got ahold of uStorage in conway on Prince Street and they took care of us when k&c refused! DO NOT USE K&c storage!!! Terrible business!
This was the drop off destination for my truck on 5/13 but this business had no indication of being under renovation until I arrived. There was no drop off box but the lot in the back was full of U-Haul trucks and storage. I tried the phone number listed but no one answered. The inside was completely gutted which is understandable if they would have answered the phone.
