The Delivery Driver was very rude and the Manager was even worse!!! The worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!!! Total waste of money!!

Love this place. Best sandwich around.

I had the worst WORST experience here. Placed an order during my lunch break, asked for a ham sandwich with cheese, extra tomatoes, extra pickles, lots of vinegar and oil. Get to work and the sandwich had tons of mayo. Called back and asked if they could deliver a new one seeing that my lunch time had dwindled down and I couldn’t. The GM, as he stated, ALEX BRANCH, told me it’s not there fault I’m at work,m they can’t deliver me one. I asked if he could just put my money back on my card and he said “yes when you bring my sandwich back. I then asked to speak to someone else because he had an attitude and Alex told me “well I’m the GM here so if you have a problem you can call corporate!” I called corporate and the owner to the Salem Rd location Was supposed to reach out to me in 24hrs and he did NOT. That lets me know that Alex has displayed this behavior before and neither he or the owner care about the customers seeing that there were no repercussions and no one reached out to me. To me that’s saying it’s okay to try people that way, and it’s NOT that is disgusting!!!!!

Normally, I'd give them 5 stars. But tonight I'd like to give them a negative 5!nPlaced an order online. After an hour of waiting I tried to call....no answer! Drive there, and guess what....they were CLOSED!!! Guess it would be too much to ask for a courtesy call, to let me know (for whatever reason) they couldn't fill my order! REALLY JIMMY JOHNS?!?! Not cool, at all!

My 4 year old wanted a “Jim Johns Sanwich”. I tried to place an order online and it wasn’t working.. I called them and they wouldn’t answer. I pulled in a few minutes before 9:00. I waited in line for about 5 minutes. I was behind a car who ordered. I pulled up and sat there waiting. After about 30 seconds, the lady literally says “we’re closed.”nFirst off that was rude. Thanks.nSecondly, if your hours are 11:00, then you can take my order...MA’AM ud83dude42nThat’s okay. Subway was good and the customer service was great.n1 Star for the customer service that I’ve had the last several times I’ve been. Guess I won’t be going back anymore.
