Nice, clean place. The workers all had on masks and were very friendly! Hand sanitizer was everywhere. I felt pretty safe in this place.nnI got the Italian sandwich and it was really good! They also have one of those drink machines that lets you pick the flavor to add to your drink (including carbonated water for those who are into that).nnI will definitely be back!

As much as I love Firehouse subs... I could eat there everyday! This is the 2nd time we have got home with our food (which is a 25 min drive) and open our subs to eat and see that there are no tomatoes, onions, and literally 4/5 pieces of shredded lettuce. We get our subs fully involved and it’s so disappointing to not have all the toppings we want! I also add black olives on my sub, and there were 4 1/2 on one side and 3 on the other. (This is on a large sub). We also are all missing our pickle spears... being a pickle loving family, this was a downer too! I normally wouldn’t leave comments like this but we had already had to go back in (when we went to pick up our order) to ask where our extra meatballs were (that we paid for). So on top of that and the skimpy ingredients, I probably won’t be back to this location in Conway AR for a while! I’m not sure if it matters but we order online and you would think they could get it right if it’s in writing!

What in the heck happened to Firehouse in Conway. I used to love eating there all the time. The last three times I've ate there (takout) the order has been wrong, missing ingredients, no pickles, and something changed drastically with the New York Steamer which was my favorite. The meat is different or, wasn't fresh or something. This is probably the last thing I'll ever eat from there. What a shame. The employees just don't care anymore and have no pride in doing a job right. That goes back to the management though. Very Disappointing.

Delicious, we always get the meatball sub and the hook and ladder. Get the foot long thinking for dinner and tomorrow's lunch but for some reason. It doesn't make it till tomorrow ud83dude04.
