Best Firestone in Arkansas, maybe the best within the 10 other states I've used Firestone. They are fast, polite, honest and make sure you are aware of what's going on. Not once did I think they wanted to do more than what was necessary.nnAt the current time, they don't have a GM, but Lane is awesome! Hopefully they promote this guy because the shop was running smooth and he had things well under control!

I called these guys, twice. I was disconnected both times. First call I asked about the tire size in stock and was met with silence while the guy looked up the size (I'm assuming that's what he was doing at least). Moments later the call is disconnected. I know he hung up on me because I heard the two beeps that the iPhone makes when a call ends.nnSecond call the same guy answers and I know he must know it's me because I asked for the same tire size and he tells me almost instantly that they don't carry that tire in stock but could order it for me. I asked him the prices and he goes silent again (while I assume he's working) and a few moments later....the call is disconnected as I once again hear the two beeps.nnI hope the calls are recorded but I doubt it'll make a difference. If their customer service is that abysmal over the phone then I dare not venture to the store.nnI don't recommend them.

Thank you, guys! Absolutely put my mind at ease. I have extreme anxiety about dealing with vehicle maintenance and since moving here from out of state finding a place has been stressful. Professional, friendly, and no pressure to upsell me on unnessary bull. My new go-to shop.

Firestone in ConwayAR is the most professional car service business I have ever been to. The managers and techs are timely and really go out of their way to make the customers and their cars feel important.

While I was traveling through Arkansas, my low tire pressure light came on. I wouldn’t make it to this location before closing time, but I called ahead and the employee who answered the phone offered to stay after closing to check my tire pressure and visually inspect the tires for nails. Upon arrival he came out and checked all of my tires and adjusted the tire pressure for me at no charge. Lane was extremely helpful and I appreciate his time and service.
