All I can say is WOW! We had a tire blowout on our camper while traveling. The spare was low, so we were filling it up at a gas station. The owner of Robert Jr’s was there and offered us a new set at a great price. They got us in and out SUPER fast! Friendly, fast service!

Would have given 5 if not for the following issue; however, Manager Brad Troha gets 5 stars for his quick response and courtesy in taking care of the issue. They paid for the full cost of the repairs at our local mechanic the same day as it was all discovered since the truck was unable to be driven back to Conway for them to repair there as we are in Bentonville.nnTook my husband’s truck in on August 21st. Bought new wheels and tires. Once they had the truck up they told us he needed new brakes which we told them to go ahead and take care of. In the meantime they got very busy and left his truck unattended with no one working on for several hours. They finally finished it after about 4 hours. We live in Bentonville and over the last week my husband has noticed the truck making grinding sounds. He took it to a local shop today to find they only put new brake pads on one side of the truck. The other side has no pads or rotars and they left their vice grips on the unfinished side which was the only thing keeping the brakes from bleeding.

I had a cracked rim and got a replacement. I needed someone to put my old tire on my new rim and they did it quickly and at a low cost.
