Had a great experience working with the folks at Caldwell. Brian and the finance people were very helpful and courteous. They made something I dread doing ( working out a deal) a lot less stressful. I was sent there by a friend that had a good experience also , and he didn’t steer me wrong. I will be sending them some referrals . Thanks to the team at Caldwell.

This is my second review on Caldwell Toyota.  The salesman asked me to do one before I picked up the car.  When I picked it up the 5 star went to a -10!  This is part of what happened: I signed papers on this car on a Thursday and had to transfer money and would bring cashier check on Monday and pick up car. Most horrible experience of my car buying life. Car had many problems. Hood was eat up with dozens of spots that the sales and I thought was dirt and would be detailed. Something had eaten through the top coat, paint and into the metal. Door had been replaced and I had to bring it to their attention. I find after several notes to Mr. Caldwell that the manager Ryan knew about these problems before I bought the car. I told Mr. Caldwell this and he could care less. I found that the door had been worked on or replaced and a woman covering for Ryan called me a liar and I showed her where there were finger prints in the paint and she said she thought someone might have had glue on their fingers and it eat through the top coat. That was beyond stupid. I had to threaten to go to the AG office to get my money back. I was lied to over and over and when I talked to Mr. Caldwell, he was the worst one of all! RUDE! When I asked for a cashier check, so I could cash it right away, Mr. Caldwell informed me it would be a personal check. I told him my bank would have to hold it for 7+ days and he said well I could go to his bank and get a cashiers check and I had to talk to the Branch Mgr there to get this done. He knew the rules on checks and they knew I was without a car. They caused me all the trouble they could.nTHIS is 1st review: I had a great experience buying my car at Caldwell Toyota. I dealt with a good, but no pressure sales person, Austin. Everyone was friendly and polite. I bought a Toyota Avalon and it is beautiful. I dreaded the car buying experience, judging from the past, it is stressful. They took the stress out and made it a good experience. I would highly recommend this dealership! I thank all the people that I come in contact with there for their professionalism.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I researched in details my car and explored market not only in Little Rock but in Dallas and Memphis too. I got the best deal at Caldwell. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to buy a car at a price well below 2K below the best price offered by other dealers in Little Rock area. I had a great sales person in Dalton who was awesome and highly professional. He followed regularly with me for over a month and was extremely helpful. After trying to purchase my car from 4 dealers in Little Rock area, I can safely say that Caldwell beats them all in every aspect by a significant margin. I would highly recommend this dealer if you want service and better price.

We found a vehicle online and were contacted immediately and set up a time to test drive. We met Dalton Steed at the Dealership and within a couple of hours we were driving the car home! It was the easiest car buying experience! Dalton was the best!! He made the whole thing super quick and easy. His customer service went above and beyond and the car prices are the best we found!! We will be back!!

This is our second vehicle in the last 2 years to purchase from Caldwell. We have been in many times to look at the inventory and we have never been disappointed with the service they have provided. Buying our Camry last week was a very easy, quick and pleasant experience thanks to Dalton Steed. He was very knowledgeable of the information we needed and if he didn’t have the answer right away, he quickly retrieved it. He was professional, kind and passionate about helping us. He made us feel like regular people seeking for a dependable vehicle for a good price, unlike a lot of prior experiences with other dealerships as instead of just a number passing through. Being there after business hours to close the deal, we never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He upheld the integrity of Caldwell’s mission and we will use him with any future purchases we may have. A very upstanding guy!
