Great experience. Service person was Vanessa. She presents a great image for Superior. Courteous and helpful, professional. My service was quick, even quicker than expected. My first time for Superior's service and I was very pleased. The folks there are doing a great job. Thanks.

Lee was very helpful throughout the process and was able to get my car payment within the price range I wanted with the sales tax included. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions or get assistance. I also text him right at 8a and he responded right away which I didn't expect.

Needed a cabin filter, guy told me with my $49.99 oil change coupon it would be $54.99, went to pay and he said it was $124 and some change...he said it was $10 per tire for tire rotation, $49.99 oil change, and then $54.99 for the cabin filter...first off, most places don't charge extra per tire for rotation, and secondly, why was the most expensive cabin filter used when the parts store that delivers there (i used to work for the parts store delivering to the dealership) has cabin filters for my car for as little as $12?!? I've never paid so much for tire rotation, oil change, and a cabin filter...$124 is excessive and that prevented me from getting some groceries after the service job that my family of 5 needed. Merry Christmas to me huh...

My service advisor, Adam Pelkey was very helpful and professional. The service was completed much faster than I had expected and I am completely satisfied with the work performed. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and there is a nice choice of complimentary refreshments available. The service shop can be viewed from the waiting area and it is clean and well organized which shows they take pride in the work that they do and your vehicle will be properly serviced and cared for.

The first met Vanessa, the service advisor, who went over the concerns with my vehicle. She was very thorough, informative and professional. Dwayne, the service manager, rode with me while we diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately I needed a new transmission. But the service and turnaround time was extraordinarily fast and the vehicle is running great.nThis was my first experience with dealing with Vanessa and Dwayne. I feel that they are assets to Superior and treated my concerns/general questions as a priority.nI’d give them three thumbs up, however I only have two hands. (I know, that wasn’t very funny)nI say that to say they did a great job and always feel confident my vehicle will be repaired or serviced correctly the first time around.
