As soon as we went inside the salesman's office they tried to raise the price $1000 on the car that I had just agreed to that price on the sticker. What I'm saying is I didn't try to haggle the price and they still tried to add a $1000. The salesman waited till after all the paperwork was signed to get my car over it in detail to get it clean. A no haggle car buying experience took 3 and a 1/2 hours!!!! If I didn't want that particular car I would have went elsewhere. I would recommend that you do the same. I never once felt like I was a valued customer. The guy who did the actual paperwork was good he had his stuff together. The people sitting in the sales manager's office seemed like they were more worried about food runs then selling cars. Everywhere I looked I saw people sitting at desks with no salesman... waiting for who knows what. There was one couple sitting there that had been there longer than me they were sitting at the desk when I arrived and they were still sitting at the desk when I left.

10/10 recommend Scott made the car buying process so easy to get most of it completed from a whole state away. Kirk the finance guy was so helpful in helping me understand all of the paper work and warranty information as a young first time new car buyer. I didn't feel like I was being shorted in any way and we made a really great deal! Thanks Crain Kia I love my new soul!

My salesman and team were courteous and very good to us throughout the buying process. However we went there after seeing the Black Friday terms and were not honored any of them. We had to pay our own sales tax and our payments started immediately instead of after the new year.

Ask for Patrick Martin! Wonderful salespeople with high quality service. They easily able to show us vehicles in our price range that had everything we were looking for. 10/10 will be coming here when we need to replace our next car.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Despite how great the service is, I won't be going back. $160 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a new cabin filter is insane. I can go elsewhere for just a fraction of the cost. I put 5 stars because of the staff and I don't want this to reflect against them.
