I’ve heard a lot of bad stuff about car mart everywhere. But this is the first time me and my girlfriend came to purchase a car here and let me tell you. The people at the front desk and in the offices are awesome they helped us with all questions we had, made everything real simple and easy to comprehend. We bought a Chevy Cruze and the belt snapped and nick over at services took care of everything as far as to get a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and they also paid for everything. I just wanna thank everybody at car mart, we will be doing business with y’all again.
These people are amazing! They worked with me getting the vehicle I wanted and that fit my budget and whenever I wasn’t satisfied with something they didn’t hesitate nor wait to fix it! They treated me like family and made sure everything was well taken care of! I would also like to personally thank Derrick for checking on me, Alexis for everything, and Nicholas for keeping touch with me and getting everything taken care of. Best decision I made!
I went to car mart needing a vehicle that day. I met Alexis and from the start she was so nice and very professional. She answered all my questions she wasn’t pushy at all. And I ended up finding the car I wanted. The process was quick and easy. Bailey was a huge help and so was the sales manager. Everyone was very nice it was a great experience. Thank you all!
1000% ask for Alexis when you go, she is so awesome! She came up to me as soon as I got there and answered all my questions! Definitely the easiest time I’ve ever had at any kind of dealership! Someone give this girl a raise!!
