These 5 star ratings are BS!! Worst experience! Called and bought a new travel trailer. Told them I’d be there in 4 days to pick it up and please have it ready. I got there, we did the paperwork and they pulled it around. Nothings working ...... Cory calls the tech out, several fuses missing. Battery was dead. Unit wasn’t clean. I brought it home.... hooked water to it and water running in the floor and dropping under the trailer! John Ward had told me how they check every unit and pressure test system.... that wasn’t true on this trailer! I took it to a quality shop, Camping World, and had it repaired. It took 2 1/2 months But it’s home.nLesson learned.... always check the unit out completely before paying for it!! Never trust what they say because apparently they are seasoned liars. Hopefully Forest River will pull this dealership.... they should!

Purchased this towable at rv show. Took delivery at sales lot. The paperwork was ready when we arrived, the walk thru was thorough, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

I work out of my camper and was heading out on Thursday to a job site and had no power at all in the camper. Pulled into the Arkansas RV and told them what was wrong. I didn't even have to unhook the thing. A young guy pulled it right in and they went to work! They had to run and get a part, but the wait wasn't long and the girl behind the counter was very nice. They even had a crock pot of beans on. She said the BOSS loves to cook and does it often. Free sodas and Netflix too! Made me feel at home. Fixed and on my way in just a couple hours.. Thanks Jamie for all the help!
