Tim did an excellent job helping me find my vehicle. I went in expecting to have to buy a used vehicle but he was able to get me into a new one with affordable payments. When I took it out for the first time I noticed a film on the windows when the sun shone on them. Tim made sure the windows were cleaned. He made sure I understood every aspect of my car and made arrangements to have a few scratches buffed out. I could not be more pleased. Jim in finance also did an excellent job in ensuring everything went smoothly. I am beyond pleased.
They did a great job. By far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Easy to talk to and negotiate with. Best car buying experience I have ever had. From the salesman all the way to Jim in finance.
I had a great experience at Superior. Shane was great, he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and answered all my questions. He even gave me quotes on things that I was interested in. I will definitely be coming back to Superior for all my future car needs.
When I pull in for my scheduled time, they are always punctual and get me in on time. I love the mocha/coffee machine. They are very pleasant and I like the emails reminding me of my maintenance. They also can get me in on Saturdays and since I work alot this is very helpful.nnPrices are a little high though. $85 for tire rotation and oil change.
We just bought our fourth car from this dealership, every other experience has been excellent!! But not this time!!! We will not be back. Our salesman was very nice, but not knowledgeable. He did not deliver what we ask for. The general manger acted like everything we ask him bothered him!!! He had no people skills! In the end we got a car we did not want! We will not be back again!!!
