Conway Family Bowl

Bowling and arcade was great, however the employee named Sunshine was very inappropriate the entire night. She invaded all personal space and made extremely inappropriate comments to my whole family.

Spending around $300.00 on a birthday party and was made to sit outside in the cold to eat my ice cream I had bought from cold stone next door while waiting on my kid to get here. Was told it was against there insurance. What? Then I was told it is because they sell ice cream.

First time there. Just went to check out their league bowling. My husband and I are thinking about getting back into it. Looked like a very nice place and the lady we talked to was very nice and friendly,very informative.

Service was great. Friendly cashier lady. Very crowded on weekends though. Had to wait a little while

5 months ago I rated this place 1 star due to the fact that I was charged the higher rate for my bowling rather than the hour rate simply because I was 15 minutes over. This time I was told all the rates up front and was able to make a cost effective decision....I appreciate the workers here taking the time to help find the best possible deal...not everyone who goes here knows the rates and it's good to assume that customers want the best rate possible. Thank you to the staff for a good visit this go around.
