D&M provided us with excellent and professional customer service. Their technician was punctual and was able to winterize our camper in less than 30 minutes. After seeing how D&M performs, we’re not going to attempt to winterize our camper, but will be calling D & M to perform that task and any other needs concerning our camper. Great job & much success D & M!!

I pulled into the KOA in Hot Springs Ark and realized hanger straps on my axle had broken. By the grace of God we made it safe and set up safely. After further investigating I found that the three other sets of straps where about to break as well. It was late Tuesday before thanksgiving and I was worried that I would not be able to contact anyone to help. But D and M actually answered the phone. They started locating the parts and by morning D and M contacted me with parts and had me fixed that night on Wednesday the night before thanksgiving. Someone could have taken advantage of the predicament I was in but I felt as though D and M did not. Thanks guys. Honorable job.
