I went to get twp tire and was told I needed 4. So I said I needed a lower price tire because I couldn't afford all 4 at the initial selection price. So he brought me into the store to show me the collection. I selected an $86 tire. When I was ready to pay, the bill was over $500. So I told them that was wrong. The tires were $86. They called the manager. She noticed that they hadn't charged me for 2 wheel balances. I told her the least she could do was waive that fee since there was clearly some confusion with the price of the tires. But I was rang up a second time for $26 for 2 wheel balances. I was furious and she was rude.
The staff was helpful n very knowledgeable of what they was doing.. thank u joyce
Good place for tire work.
Don't ever come here. This place used to be good, now they are slow. Came here to get oil changed but told me they couldn't do it because they were busy with tires.
Went in to get a tire mounted after a blow out and gave very clear instructions to mount the tire on the wheel in my trunk and put the full sized spare that was currently on my car into the trunk. I regret not checking their work because when I put some purchases in my trunk the next day I discovered that they had remounted my spare instead and the blown out tire was still in my trunk.
