I ordered online. After nearly an hour the store called and said a driver was robbed and that they could not delivery my order and asked if I'd like to pick it up. Cool, how long? Another 30 mins... Agreed to come get it because I've already paid for it and I'm hungry. At first the charge to my account was only for the pizza but today they cleared it for the amount including the tip. Why? My food was NOT DELIVERED. I'm not going to dispute the charge over the tip, however, this location will not be receiving my money in the future. It's the little things...nThe three stars are for the food because it was GOOD and HOT.

That pizza was good hot fresh did not like their Parmesan wing sauce its creamy instead of wet.. It was fast and the young lady who brought it was nice. I haven't dominoes in years I was glad to give them a try...

Worst place ever. We ordered pickup and showed up at time given. Had to wait over 45 minutes for the wrong pizza. The next time my daughter visited she ordered 6 pizzas. None of them were the right ones. They said they were to busy to remake the correct pizza. Tonight we ordered online. They texted that the pizza was on the way at 5.24 for a 4 mile drive. 45 minutes later, after not hearing from them I checked and the online app said it had been delivered. I called. They argued that they couldn't put it in the chair by the door because the door to my porch was locked. I don't have a door on my porch. Then they told me the house, no where near me. They were also too busy to make another pizza for another hour and a half. Giving up and going elsewhere from now on and I would advise you to do the same. Management in the West Memphis store is horrible.

Ordered the $5.99 deal. Ate the wings and some of the cinnamon bread. Later I opened the 2 medium pizzas and both only had ingredients on one side. S O L. Delivery insurance? Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Ordered pizza for my baby shower and was waiting OVER 2 HOURS for it! I cancelled the order and NEVER got my refund back! This is the SECOND time this happened! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE!!!
