I had an issue with the brakes 7 days after I took the car home. I called the dealership 21 times in one day to find out what can be done to get the brakes fixed. I was told the car was checked by their mechanics was alright to take on the road, by the sales women. No one has returned my calls, I left messages for the manager, and the general manager, still no returned call. 21 calls in one day, you think someone would call me back. Can't even drive the car.

I recently purchase my 4th vehicle from Ford of West Memphis. Eric Davis sold me the last three. Eric is a laid back and easy to work with salesman. Jack the sales manager has always been helpful and fun to deal with. Keith, the Finance guru has always been easy going, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend then all to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Got an oil change here today, As soon as I left my engine was misfiring and behaving extremely dangerously. The manager Larry and the service manager Mike were a great help to diagnose my issue. This is your arose only after getting service at this dealership. They were able to get me back on my extended road trip the same day.nnAlso avoid the salesman Eric, I told him multiple times I was not intrested in buying a new vehicle but he still kept asking. There comes a point when people need to take no for an answer

Sold me a 2016 f150. Ripped me good 100k miles. 30000$$ plus 2800$ dollar trade in. Never go back and I recommend nobody else does either.
