Store is always randomly closed it’s the worst. Can you guys get a fb page to update us so we don’t drive 15 minutes for nothing?

9 times out of 10 when I ask for light ice on my beverage it comes out completely full of ice. The sticker on the drink is correct but the person making it does not pay attention. I repeatedly call and let the management know and nothing ever gets resolved. Sorry but I do not want to pay for ice.

Always a pleasant experience here. Decent recommendations, friendly staff, it's nice to get that hometown feel in a Starbucks again, it reminds me of the days when Starbucks employees still pulled the shots, not the espresso machine with a smartphone brain.nnDrinks are always the way I order them, food comes out in a reasonable time, definitely a good Starbucks experience. If there's one thing I would change, it's about all Starbucks, I feel like ordering older drinks that I have had is like a secret menu now. I can't always remember what I want, Starbucks. That's what the menu is there to tell me, not your top five profit margins.

This is the best Starbucks ever. I love every single employee in this store! They are all very caring, nice and personable. As soon as I pull up, they all know my name and drink! Great place!

My husband went in and ordered two drinks, one of which had to be remade twice. It is already hard to hear and understand due to wearing masks, on top of it they jad the music so loud in the store they could not hear him or maybe just wasn't trying to. After the second time not getting the drink correct, he went ahead and pulled his mask down so they could hear (didn't want to, but felt they weren't hearing him). They gave attitude with him doing so, but maybe they wanted to make a third mistake? After they gave attitude, he did tell them to do so and maybe they would hear better. Turn the music down and start paying attention!
