It has really gone downhill. Use to love this one. New staff is rude. I don't just buy coffee only, I buy food, extra drinks and merchandise. You order 1 item and they do not ask if there is anything else. Rush you.. I was really disappointed today. Plus ask if they had any of the new reusable cups left..which I figured no because it was around lunch time, but was told very rudely.. They only give those to their 1st customers.. kinda confused after that...the last few times just rude.. Sorry it took me a long time to say something.. I really did ❤ the staff before.
I came here a couple days ago, the barista was so sweet and helpful! She helped me pick out a drink my bf would like based on the preferences I gave her (he loved it!) she was amazing! The manger is also so sweet and friendly! Something about these baristas make my Starbucks taste extra sweet!!!! 6/5 stars!
I ordered my niece a refresher blended n they handed her a not so blended drink
Treated my aunt and cousins with drinks! They where polite as always!
Baristas were wonderful, engaged in conversation with excellent service.
