Just spoke with Jeremy and he suggested I write about my experience here. The employees at every facility I've stored at have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always eager to answer any questions. And they take this Pandemic very seriously.

I WAS ROBBED HERE. If you should choose to rent a unit here, make sure EVERYTHING you leave inside can be replaced and that you have EVERY receipt to prove it. Seems like it was pretty easy for the thief to take my family mementos. The security at Public Storage is not so secure.nnI removed my remaining things and Public Storage kept almost an entire months rent and the premium for their worthless insurance with no offer of prorating or reimbursement. Angel, you can try to make this right.nnDon't make the mistake I did.

Great place to go if you want your storage unit to get broken into. They didn't even offer to give us a discount. We paid in full to have our things get stolen. They handed me an insurance pamphlet that will only pay for the things I have a receipt for. Place is dirty, doors are left unlocked to the units amd apparently it took a simple crow bar to break the door open. No wonder there are lawsuits nationwide against this company for how they handle their business. Never again.

Great prices and location just as I expected. I always get the best service from public storage.

I suggested public storage to my daughter and she found this place near her. Angel is incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She got her a great deal on the perfect size. They are very COVID conscious, office is very clean.
