They found and ordered a hard to get item for my RV by calling the manufacturer directly. This was by far the best experience with an RV parts and service dealer. I wish they had more accessories in stock like Camping World or Gander Rv. They have a limited stock on the floor which means I have to order online. I hate ordering certain things online. I like to hold the item in hand look it over, try it out, etc. Before purchasing the item. All in all a great place with friendly people.
I was driving through the state and developed trailer brake problems. Found this business through Google with an adjoining campground. Arrived late on a Friday, after service had closed. Talked to them at opening on Saturday morning. They had me pull the RV to a service bay immediately and put a technician on it. 2 hours later I was back on the road. He fixed the problem I knew about and found one that I didn't know about. I would definitely get more work done here.
We bought us a two year old travel trailer.nThey gave us a $50 gift card +15% off all our purchases for today. Very friendly staff and informative staff. Also had a huge supply of lots of neat stuff for camping.
Micheal was professional and prompt. We are full timers and he worked hard to get us back on the road even after finding a crack in a weld on a part by our axle, he had the part overnighted and put on the RV by noon the following day. We were very pleased with our service team that worked on our Grand Design. I highly recommend them if you happen to be in the area.
This is where I take my camper to have the work done mainly they treat the roof every year for the warranty but anything else goes wrong I bring it there too good people good service
