This is the only auto repair shop I would go to in the area. Jason was phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Repaired a damaged bumper, touched up some minor paint scrapes, and worked with me to fix an unexplained issue we discovered on my tuck. I couldn't be happier with the finished project. I highly recommend Auto Plex for any repair needs you may have.

Had my car towed to the Auto Plex upon a referral. Had to remove it from another body shop that I had essentially had it towed to. Ran into a situation with the previous body shop was reluctant to let it go. Auto Plex said they would take care of it, not to worry. Which they did and didn’t cost me extra.nThey gave me a Completion date. As they began repairing found more damage than expected so parts had to be ordered so the date was moved forward. Rocky at the front desk kept me up to date on the progress every two days.nThe day before I was to pick it up, Rocky text me and said they weren’t happy the way the paint turned out so they were going to do it over. I know from experience that sometimes things don’t turn out like the way you want. I appreciate them bring up front and admitting it. Rocky apologized for the delay and said they wouldn’t release any vehicle that they personally wouldn’t want.nWhen I picked up the car it looked brand new like it came off the show room floor. All the body lines were straight, gaps excellent and paint matched perfectly. Had them put pin-stripping on it which really further enhanced the look.nTotally beyond satisfied. Very professional and courteous. Shop was very clean and organized which further speaks of professionalism.
