I was really excited to get my windows tinted here after all of the good things I heard. After getting them tinted, the tint messed up in the first week I had it. I made an appointment to get it fixed the next week. I was informed when I got there that they didn’t schedule my appointment. I made another appointment for the following week, asking them if I would have to pay for the new tint. After 3 phone calls of them “not knowing if I’ll have to pay,” I finally had to have my dad talk to them to get an answer. I was very patient through it all even when they did all they could to prove it wasn’t their fault, which was very frustrating. Glad to finally have it over with so I no longer have to deal with them. I definitely will not be going back due to my experience.
I got my Blue Ox base plate installed here on my 2000 Toyota Tacoma plus extra lights in tail light assemblies. They did a very good job. I towed my Tacoma behind my bus about 40 miles and then I noticed the base plate squeaking so I brought it back to Omega to make sure nothing was lose. They were happy to put it up on the lift to check the torque on the nuts and bolts that secure the base plate. It is nice to see a top notch business in Alma like Omega.
Great experience with Omega! Jose' was phenomenal with customer service. My light replacement was done perfectly. Brian was great at executing the replacement.
Very prompt on install and professional. Customer service is 5 star. Would recommend to everyone to visit, shop and save.
