I must agree, Erin and Tricia are extremely friendly. Maybe TOO friendly. Always makes me wonder if they know something that they think I don't know that they know. Have they peeked inside my unit? Do they know what I'm actually storing in there?nWas that a knock at the door just now?

I would have to agree with the last person who commented, Erin is extremely helpful and kind. I am thankful my husband found this place.

The employees go above and beyond! They're helpful, courteous, nice, and extremly friendly! If you have a problem, they go out of their way to help. Also, their rates are the BEST!

I booked on the E-rent online, paid for it then had to cancel. Tricia took care of it no problem, refunded everything but the couple of items that couldn’t be (which was disclosed at time of rental) my mistake not theirs.nnThanks again for being so helpful! ☺ufe0f
