Originally made contact with Ben regarding buying a used motorcycle. When I finally arrived, he and Clint were very respectful and respected that my time was important. We closed on a deal that was beneficial to all parties. The follow-up paperwork was handled in a professional manner by Jennifer, and when I finally drove from the showroom, it was as enjoyable a experience as one could have. I highly recommend the staff at Jonesboro Cycle and ATV. Should I ever be in the market for a product or service they provide, I will take my business to them.
We went on a mission to buy a new ATV. We called Jonesboro Cycle & ATV and Meagan was eager to help us. Meagan was very receptive, kind, and informative to our needs. We drove 2 hours to get our bike in Jonesboro and would definitely do business with them again. Her follow up has also been incredible.

Great people to deal with. A little unorganized because of switching locations but not bad. The prep guys could do better at checking out new units. My A/C wasn’t charged on the Northstar, so now I’ll have to find a place to get it charged. Which they said they would cover. All in all their deals would be hard to beat.
