For those that do not have the time to read my entire post, I will just say that I received the BEST possible quality and customer service that could have possibly been given. Often in today's society, customer satisfaction does not seem to be of much concern. Personally, customer service is the most important thing I look at when I choose to due business with an establishment. I am the kind of person that will calmly explain why I am upset and if a company chooses not to make it right, I will simply take my business elsewhere and never do business there again. This was not an issue with Collision Repair. I was taken care of from the first phone call I made.nnAdam and his team at Collision repair far exceeded my expectations. I have an F-150 that was damaged in the tornado and I was extremely skeptical that my truck would be repaired in a way that I would not be able to tell where the repairs were made. Only a portion of my truck needed to be painted and I was nervous that the paint would not match or would not look right in some way. They simply nailed it. My truck looks exactly the way it did before it was damaged and I could not be happier with it. They worked their magic and did something I did not imagine possible. I am 100% satisfied with how my truck turned out and highly recommend their work.nnI am satisfied with the quality of my truck and I am sure there are many places that could provide the same quality when it comes to repairing a vehicle. Had to get my vehicle fixed after my car was hit in a parking lot. I was able to get an appointment after the estimate within a week, the had a rental available and were able to work with my schedule. The worked on my vehicle Wednesday and by Thursday before close my car had a new bumper and was FULLY DETAILED! It looked amazing. Everyone there was super professional and courteous. Loved my experience there and definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done!
