Islamic Center of Jonesboro

It is the Masjid in Jonesboro. It needs some basic repairs and cleaning. It is a bit cluttered and has to many stored items. But that is unimportant to the fact that this is a place for the Umah to publically pray and this Masjid performs well in this ability. The Umah are welcoming and inviting. If you arrive hungry you will leave full and properly re-enforced kindly in the tenants of Islam.

This is the only Masjid in Jonesboro. It has great Imam. He is friendly, humbled, and educated if you need to learn about moderate Islam. People there are friendly. They are close to each other and helpful. They are one community and always looking to provide help and support for anyone no matter what was his faith, race, or nationality; this is the guidance of Islam that they have learned in the Masjid. Thanks for all.

I first came to this mosque in 2016. Since then it's just like my family. Being a member of a peaceful and lovely community I'm very happy and lucky. To me the Imam of this mosque is very honorable person. He is a good scholar ,very kind, hardworking, honest and devoted person .His sacrifice for the mosque and the community is incredible. The mosque has brought many changes in our lives .May Allah bless Imam and his family❤.

Great place all Praises due to Allah

This is a nice mosque that needs some repair. The imam has more of a paternalistic style of preaching/teaching, which may make some people uncomfortable. That being said he is a nice person and quite caring about helping the poor and the community. He is continually making an effort to advance the well being of poor muslims and non muslims in our community. The mosque aims not only to be a place of worship for muslims, but also a center that wants to improve the wellbeing of our Jonesboro community. The mosque is open and welcoming of all that come.
