I had a pleasant experience with Silas, the manager during the estimation and repair process. I appreciated his attention to detail and his passion for making sure the work was completed to meet or exceed my expectations. Sara in reception and scheduling at the front desk was very nice and prompt to follow up during the period of time when my vehicle was being repaired. She made scheduling drop off and pick up easy. Both Silas and Sara are friendly and operate in a professional manner. The work performed by the shop was of high standards, meeting expectations and was completed within the estimated time provided to me in the original quote. I would recommend this facility to a family member or a friend.
