I am new to the Jonesboro area and had car issues, while other shops couldn't see me until next week, the team at German Motorworks were able to get me in for a consultation and order the part needed for my car that same day and put the new part on the next day. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Such excellent customer service and I could not be any happier with my experience. I will be visiting again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I drove from NY and had issues with my Mercedes E350. These guys looked it over and determined that I needed a new water pump. They replaced it, but also eventually realized more work was needed. I had to leave by the time it was discovered. Jonathan offered to work with my mechanic once I got home. They worked together and my care is good. I truly appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is wondering.
