Buying a car from Bayard of Jonesboro was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They were all nice and helpful the day of the sale, but after that, I felt like I was back in the caveman days. Being a single woman, they acted like I didn’t have a brain and expected me to do the work for them to finalize the paperwork. They harassed me for 3 weeks until I finally told them I would get my lawyer involved! Then I couldn’t get my paperwork to get my tags, so I will be taking the car back to the lot, expecting my down payment to be returned in full! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience car shopping. We looked at 3-4 pre-owned dealers before going to Bayird and those dealers were over priced and the salesmen were very pushy. Mr. Ronnie Nicholas is a very friendly, patient, and kind salesman. We couldn't ask for a better salesman at Bayird. The price was right for our budget and we got the vehicle we wanted. would definitely recommend Bayird for a vehicle.
This was by far the best car dealership that I have even been too! They had us in a amazing car at a super affordable price. The staff was extremely friendly; they made us feel like we were right at home! If you ever need or are on the lookout for a vehicle at a great price, I would highly recommend!
