Purchased my Honda nearly 2 years ago there and had a good experience and recent service experience was excellent. Due to Covid 19 times, they were willing to come pick up my Honda, service it, left me a loaner car and then returned my vehicle once complete. They get an A+ on service. We also own a Nissan truck and I always tell Nissan service they should take lessons in Customer Service from Honda. Great job and keep up the good service!

We've bought 3 Honda's from Honda of Jonesboro n I/we have been extremely happy with our choice of giving Honda a chance the 1st time as we have been ford people n never thought we could ever try anything other than a ford but,after owning one we will never buy anything else but a Honda car. We have owned 3 fits now. They are great vehicles n get great gas mileage n I will say that Brittany (my sales person) was super great n I would highly recommend her. Thanks again. Honda! You made us happy again.
