I have been going to this Elmer’s with my friends and the staff have been really nice. The food has been amazing especially the Clam Chowder is one of my favorites which I forgot to take a picture this time around. This visit I ordered the Cascade Club with a side of fruit and a Blender Strawberry lemonade. The sandwich was so good and the lemonade was amazing I wanted seconds. If you are in this area I recommend you try this place, excellent food, excellent service and amazing staff.
Just got into Portland. Stumbled upon this place for Sunday morning breakfast. Very impressive food and even better service. Vanessa was my server and she really went the extra mile to make things great! She was very pleasant and totally accurate with my order. It’s not often you go to a restaurant and have staff that goes above and beyond.nThe food came out quickly and the German pancake was awesome. Vanessa knew that my sister and I were going to split the pancake and she did it for us in the kitchen without even asking.nnVery awesome food and excellent service. 10/10 all the way!

Family Meals and the scene at this spot is great. Great spot for an appetite of any size. The bill was fair I would say.
It's Elmer's. Not the same menu from 30 years ago but it is. That's what makes this place classic. I love showing my kids how you eat a german pancake.
