Fast service, good communication, and friendly staff. The oil change and multi-point inspection on my pickup truck was done fast and it was done well. I highly recommend Starke Auto Plaza for service.

They are very friendly and have a clean well taken care of place. They also take care of their customers and let you know what is going on every step of the way. We are definitely going to go back in the future.

God, this is a long story of how im out $900 and nothing is fixed. If i could give -5 stars I would. Husband took my car in to fix the A/C and it ended up costing over $400, which was fine because it worked. Less than a week later the air quit again. I took it back and they said they wouldnt fix it because it was nothing they fixed, and another inspection was going to cost $60 again. (And it was something they should have fixed from the start.) I got it fixed elsewhere. My husband took his car to have the A/C fixed as well. They replaced the parts we needed and that cost $460+ which was fine too, because it worked. Then the air quit within a week. Again. We took it back to them. They said it was under warranty, and it was the part they installed that was messed up so they'd fix it for free. They kept it overnight, and the next morning they just refused to fix anything. When my husband went to drive the car back home he popped the hood and noticed they were going to let him drive off with a lot of things unplugged. We talked to a manager about it finally, and he said to bring it back in and theyd fix it because it was under warranty. Dropped it off at 8 am, husband had to go to work at 5. He ended up being late because it still wasnt done. We got there and they called him inside, and they asked him if we had let anyone else work on it after them. Husband said no, and they said well things arent how we left them. It still had not been fixed! We left the car ANOTHER NIGHT (3 nights/4 days in total). The A/C compressor was replaced. But they said that there was suddenly even more wrong with it, fans suddenly not working and such. THE A/C STILL DOES NOT WORK. Prices also seem to fluctuate depending on your gender, as we had a female friend take her car to get an inspection, and they tried to tell her it was about $140! (When my husband took mine, it was $60 for an inspection.) That is why i am missing 900 dollars and have nothing fixed to show for it. Both cars are still without air. 900 dollars. Do NOT bring your car here.

Very disappointed in the sales man. Very rude and judgmental. Was there because a infinity they had on the lot caught my eye as I was passing and I explained that I was planning on buying one because that’s what vehicle I’m interested in. I explained that I had been looking at a few more on other lots so was needing the details and asked if I can test drive it. He said he didn’t wanna crush my dreams by letting me drive it and pretty much judged me and said I wouldn’t be approved and denied the test drive. First of all my vehicle now is 10x nicer than most the vehicles on their lot. Definitely dissatisfied with how I was treated. Never again will I go to this place for anything on their lot

The absolute worst place to let work on any vehicle. This place is terrible and will tear up your car without any care.
