Two people can't work alone in a drive through. Took 30 minutes from ordering to paying and picking up the food. They apologized, only to give me the food somewhat warm and no napkins. Tried the other Jack next to Del Taco and Wels Fargo a few days ago. Similar issue with time and service. The line was large due to excessive waiting time. Even a simple milkshake took over seven minutes for the driver ahead of me. Love the food, but manager needs to hire more employees. Less is not more.
This jack in the box is always really cool they always get my stuff right and even give us a discount simce we go there a lot.!
I love knowing that my food will be hot fresh and tasty anytime I arrive after a long drive down i84w

I came in today and I was very impressed my food was ready quickly and fresh. The young man who helped me out was being very kind and considerate his name is Alex, just wanted to let you guys know he is doing an excellent job !
