Their service department is grade A. Josh is super friendly and very professional. When I first bought my truck I had an issue with the rear third brake light leaking and, although it was out of warranty because the truck was used, these guys fixed it for free. They even pulled the carpet back and checked for water damage and mold.nI recently brought it back for a rotation, balance, and oil change and my experience was the same. We had a good experience buying our 4Runner at Central. However, we have done most of the maintenance there and I have had several issues with the service department's workmanship, and the last time wasn't treated very well by the service manager. This makes me question buying our next car from them due to these issues since we are looking at a new Rav4.
