Very disappointed on trying to get a car yesterday. The salesman which I prefer not to state the name cause I will keep it respectful but I definitely felt a cold shoulder towards him and I didn’t feel like he didn’t bother to care to service me or not! I was really excited about purchasing a car from them because I talked to him previously on the phone about my situation and he said it would work. I ask a lot of questions so I don’t waste my time and I did JUST THAT! Will not recommend very poor customer service!

Very pleased with the service I received from dyland in my purchase of a car. Dyland at American car center was very upbeat and helpful. Helped me find the best car for my family with our budget. Low down payments and financed sales tax and tags was very convenient. Would recommend.
