I love their pizza! They fix them just as you want them and they are delicious! Definitely a great product for the price! Will be goin back!
We called and were hung up on 4 times tonight. That is absolutely not acceptable for a pizza pick up and delivery business. I work in the customer service industry, myself, and love to support local businesses. As a Brooklandian, I love Mr Jims. Their pizza is GREAT, but we were literally forced to go somewhere else. I'm so aggravated. How can the phone not get answered, and worse yet...HOW do you allow any employee to HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS. Friday, November 13 called between 6:30 and 7:00 pm and not once did the person do anything but connect and immediately disconnect. Two stars now, but it couldve been 5!!!
I have had pizza from a lot of restaurants both local and national chains and Mr. Jim’s Pizza is BY FAR the best. They advertise that “it’s the crust!” and they aren’t kidding. The crust of their original pizza is thick, chewy, and crispy on the bottom. It’s really the best I’ve ever had, and it’s right here in Brookland! We couldn’t be more excited about that! The chocolate chip cookie was really good too. I can’t wait to try some of their other menu items.
Best pizza around. Priced Right. I especially like the all meat pizza. They are not stingy with toppings and the crust is delicious.
