They were quick and very polite
They seem to be a trustworthy establishmentnnJust make sure you ask about ALL service charges.nnI got charged $25 service charge for asking to verify if I had a battery leak. Since I purchased the battery at auto zone, he said he would take care of it. Me, not realizing to ask if there was a fee.nnI thanked them for their service, but I had already made arrangements with auto zone and they would have replaced the battery (which they did for free) and installation- free.nnI just wish Spittler would have informed me there was a service fee.
Great service friendly and fast
They're great mechanics and people you can trust. From my experience, they never try to upsell or rip you off. When my car had real issues, they always fixed them, and a couple of times they honestly said it was an easy fix, or nothing was wrong with the car, and didn't charge me a penny. Quick turnaround times, too, but be sure to make an appointment, as they have a lot of customers!
