Bought parts for our Roxor from them, considerably sooner than our local distributor could have supplied them.nJessica has been amazing every time I've talked with her, courteous, professional, candid and even down-home warm and friendly. Do not know where to start. My wife and I bought a 2638. Numerous problems from the start. Upon delivery the quick attach on the bucket was bent. Had to use a hammer to get the bucket off. 3 point was leaking the next morning. And then to top it off, this image comes on google. No support after the sale, I should have stayed away
I ordered a Roxor Air Filter on line on 9/1/20. It was shipped the next day. I am out in the middle of Nowhere Nevada and it arrived in 5 days. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Sherwood to anyone.
