I had a flat tire right before they closed and they stayed open to wait for me to get there to help me out. They got my car fixed up in no time. Great service and awesome employees, I highly recommend them!

Follow up: I am increasingly from 3 stars to 4. I did receive a call when the parts arrived. They were installed same day and very quickly. I appreciate Josh, the manager, calling me personally and taking care of the issue. I look forward to working with them in the future.nnOriginal post: I usually get great service here. I've been using the Quick Lane for several years now. My most recent visit was a little disappointing. I dropped off my car during my lunch break asking for a phone call when it was ready. The call never came. Eventually I had a co-worker drive me over to check. My service was complete, but no one ever called. During check out, I was told a part had to be ordered for a minor repair, it should be a couple of days and I would get a call. No call ever came. I called back a week later and was told the part hadn't made it -translation: someone forgot to order it - it would arrive in the next day or two. We will see if I get a call when the part arrives. I don't know if it's miss communication or carelessness, but I hope this experience is not an indicator of future visits.
