While not the best pizza out there, they are by far the most consistent pizza out there. You never get anything worse than what you have ever got there before, nor anything better. It is the same pizza, every single time. I have never been concerned with receiving anything but what I ordered and it being the same experience I had every other time I ordered it.
The service worker was very professional. He was kind when I said hello and asked about his day. He returned the same courtesy. He was patient with my order and answered all my questions politely. He told me about the wait and the time. The food was warm and delicious by the time I came home shortly after. This location has always done me right.
We placed an order on the phone, were told it was going to be 20 minutes. We arrived 24 minutes later only for the same woman (Janet L) who helped us on the phone to tell us that order was never placed. We showed her the phone call that was made along with the corresponding phone number, while she said no one at that addressed took the order. We are now waiting an additional 20 minutes outside of the Little Caesars in order to get our order that will now be a 42 minute wait. The woman who stated we had not placed an order is the woman who took our order. Forgetting to place an order is one thing, lying to the customer to cover your backside is another. Not impressed with the employee and or customer service.
It's pizza pizza. Everything is good with jalapeño cheese sauce.
We ordered online. They give you an approximate pick up time. You get another email when your order is ready. We loved skipping the line and not having to wait around with the rest of Gresham.nPizza gone too fast to get a photo!
